  • Love the Habit

I am a young poet and have been deeply encouraged and inspired by many of the conversations on the podcast. It is so fun to hear about what other writers are working on and how they approach their work!

As a note of helpful criticism, the host (who is wonderful and I’m so glad he is doing this) could work on clearly articulating questions in less words and then letting the guest speak more. :)

  • Interesting Guests & Thoughtful Host…

Jonathan explores the creative process with creative geniuses. The episode with Charlie Peacock made me think deeply and pray about my place in the world.

If you haven’t read Jonathan Roger’s books, buy The Wilderking Trilogy and The Charlatan’s Boy. So good.

  • Still my favorite podcast:)

I’m reposting my review because I wish I could give this show many many five star ratings.

I had to say thanks again, I’m still listening, still loving it. Keep up the good work.

I’ve been listening to this podcast for two years and it is still my favorite. It makes me laugh, it makes me hit the pause button and rewind to take notes, it makes me want to write. I have learned so much from JR and all the writers who shared their stories. Thank you!
