    A great podcast coving most all of the public safety side of helicopter aviation. Guys with civilian, law enforcement, and military backgrounds that are still active in the industry. Good conversations that should make you think about how you are operating.

You got to find it, and you got to educate yourself. You have to take the time to reading, to learning, to understanding.

Q: How does a guy work his way into now being at the top of what I consider to be the most iconic helicopter brand?
I grew up with a passion for cars and motorcycles, pursued a mechanical engineering degree, and took on roles across various companies, leading to this position at MD.

Q: What were those issues and what did you and your team identify to start digging MD out of that issue?
The biggest issue was our supply chain was busted over the years, compounded by communication breakdown with suppliers. We established a five-year demand plan and focused on stabilizing key parts that generated most of our revenue.
