  • The Chiefs

Good day - please remind Mr. Topp that the only reason the NDP won in Alberta is because of vote splitting on the right. No amount of money spent by the right was going to over come that.

Money for campaigns is the thing. Without it it’s hard to get any messaging through.

I enjoy your podcast / the Chiefs are great

  • Rahm Emanuel

Kinda discouraging discussion with Rahm Emanuel. In spite of David’s efforts to illicit some thoughtful conversation, Mr Emanuel remained combative, pretty arrogant and unable to look at the US in any way other than the current over the top misplaced patriotism. The US is in a sad, discouraging and dangerous place. Good try by David to keep going with the interview when ultimately I found your guest rude and dismissive.

David, where were you in Grade 11, when class was discussing Shakespear’s MacBeth? The opening scene in Act one reads: “When shall we three meet again. In thunder, lightening or in rain? When the hurlyburly’s done, when the battle’s lost and won.” That MUST be where the name of your Pod comes from?
