Amazing
Love this podcast. Jack does an excellent job with his research and story telling. I appreciate he doesn’t try to judge people of the past as good or evil, while being honest about the words and actions of the period. It’s also such a fascinating history, and he does go deep enough without making it tedious at all. Thanks Jack!
Having recently caught up on the podcast, I can now confidently comment as a long time and attentive listener.
Beginners can start from the beginning or jump right into the podcast, but I HIGHLY recommend starting with S1, E166 "Introduction to Columbian Exchange" to get a true feeling for what this podcast is all about.

I cannot express how refreshing it is to enjoy learning our actual history, without the tedious pseudo piety that generally accompanies such a pursuit.
