This is one of the rare podcasts that, when a new episode pops up, genuinely improves my whole day. I appreciate that rather than just go for the popular (and easier to review) Hammer Horrors, they’re covering every film made by that storied studio. It gives a context to the films that makes watching them that much more enjoyable (well… except maybe Sporting Love). I simply can’t recommend this enough.
This show is my “go-to, pick-me-up, put a smile on my face and give me warm and fuzzies” favorite podcast. Cev, Smokey, Adam and Phillip (we miss you Ben) are so knowledgeable and hilariously entertaining at the same time. They really bring Hammer Films and the people who made them the recognition, respect and love they so richly deserve. This is an example of how a great podcast SHOULD be! Five stars and Hy Hazel!
I may be biased (as a firm fan of the Hammer over), but this is one of my favorite film podcasts. Witty, informative, and expertly produced!

Dick Turpin - Highwayman, A Man on a Beach, Danger List, Clean Sweep, The Right Person, a hand full of music and travelogue shorts…they’re all out there somewhere. Some were extras on the DD DVD releases. Perhaps you could do an episode or two devoted to them. There were some interesting names involved and these were legit Hammer productions.

I mean come on fellas, your takes you are entitled to but whinging because some people disagree isn’t playing the game at all. For the record after 1962/3 the hammer horror output became patchy at best with very few exceptions but that’s my opinion.... more
