Brilliant, surreal story-telling/commentary. Possibly the most creative podcast available.
Brilliant, surreal story-telling/commentary. Possibly the most creative podcast available.
This show accomplished so much so efficiently. Super hard to describe. It’s short SciFi snippets. Mostly. Somewhat experimental. But each episode carries it’s own weight and power. This will be a show I listen to again and again.
Always something to look forward to :)
Strange, surreal and entertaining.
Every episode of this show goes in unexpected, bizarre directions, and builds to either hilarious or sometimes really thoughtful and moving directions. It's a really great show, and you should really give it a listen if you enjoy sci-fi with a little absurd bent.
Really enjoyed this!
Right on point, great storytelling.
As a huge sci-fi fan, particularly that of time travel and the like, this show is really cool. I’m enjoying the system of how time and space work a lot, and the show in general is just very intriguing. And it’s fun, and it sounds like the actor (Penner?) is also having fun. I love it!
The Infinite Now? More like The Infinite HOW GOOD IS THIS SHOW, Am I right?
That was weird, but this show is such a beautiful puzzle box, endlessly unfolding to reveal the fun and surprising existential truths.
I love listening to this perfectly normal radio broadcast on my commute home. It's got me through some tough times! Haha. Sometimes it tells me things that don't sound quite real but i̷'̸m̷ ̵s̷u̵r̸e̷ ḯ̷̧t̶̥͒'̸̼̅s̷͙͆ ̷̛͔a̸̲͂ļ̸̈́l̸͚̔ ̴͇͌o̶͓̽k̵̺̈́ạ̸͐y̷̠̏.

A fascinating jaunt into sci-fi absurdity, this show is hilarious and a wonderfully weird concept brought to life. TIMESCANNER knows that as a time agent in the field, I will be waiting for the next episode like a snake in the spacegrass.
This was one of my first podcasts that I didn't just listen to, but loved. I have played episodes for people that caused them to litterally clap with joy.
A one-of-a-kind show, clever and mind-bending, with great writing and a fantastic premise!
This show is an amazing testament to how good an audio drama in the U.S. can be. The Infinite Now is not constrained by a set format and is all the better for it's atypicalness. It's a lyrical show, cerebral and meditative. The Timescanner is a distinct voice in a sea of podcast noise.
