As a younger Union Ironworker I find the stories of our origins to be very interesting. I find the different organizing techniques between now and back then to be intriguing as well. With a personal background of a vocational Highschool I would love to hear an episode with their thoughts on our current relationship with them and how we might try to improve the number of students we employ after Highschool.
