Useful financial info but it seems like starting in episode 9 it is Florence Italy over and over and over. Bragging more that he lives in Italy than providing advice to listeners. The ego is getting under my skin.

Fantastic podcast, largely promoting David’s book, “The Latte Factor”. I purchased the book and read it after this - incredibly written, and love the mood and message.
David also wrote “The Automatic Millionaire” - one of the best books on personal finance I have ever read.
