  • In decline

It seems like The Lutheran Hour is losing its Lutheran identity. It could very well be any Christian outreach program, which isn’t a bad thing but it really isn’t set apart from other religious programs. The music used is also often generic Christian music that might be heard in a Hobby Lobby. Our distinct Lutheran heritage isn’t much on display here in 2025.

  • What we think

Me and my family listen to your podcast and actually listen to it. We have to listen to it to make it make sense. It’s different. And that means that we understand it, we actually listen and think on it. That’s what makes your podcast so much more enjoyable and interesting.

Consistently great biblical messages with meaning for everyday life . Perfect for when you are on the road and/or when you are struggling to follow the message(s) of your home church’s pastor.
