Joe’s tactical advice is what sets this podcast apart. I listen to it while driving – it makes me a better angler and gets me pumped to get back on the water! Please keep them coming, Joe!
Joe does an outstanding job enlisting guests with a diversity of backgrounds and expertise. It’s readily apparent he researches his guests well and uses those insights to curate thoughtful questions. I really enjoy the segments where he chats with the guides on his team
One of the better fly fishing focused podcast series out there. My favorite episodes are the ones with the fly fishing guides. Great to get to know more of the staff at Red’s.
Just listened to the trout routes episode and I’m not sure the guy ever got a word in. Was this really an interview if you just talked at him for an hr?
Almost 10 years of guiding and listening to this podcast will put me out of a job.
Joe does a fantastic job with the education of audience. Between technique videos, round table discussions, super nerdy gear reviews. He does it all! Side tip don’t sleep on the transcripts! You’ll head down a research rabbit hole, but it will pay off in the end.
Thanks Joe
I’ve been purchasing from Red’s, what I can’t that is, just to help support the podcast.
