Really enjoy listening to these and hearing an explanation to a very complex mental illness. Has helped me better understand myself. Would love to hear how Enzo got interested in the subject
Super helpful info, enjoy the guests. But the whole podcast began without any intro from the host: who is he? Why is he doing this podcast? What is his goal with it? And the interview skills and question asking will improve as things go on, I hope? There’s a lot of quiet “uhm hum,” and “thank you for sharing.” It’s awkward. I need the info, and I hope this podcast keeps going, but it needs some work.
