He has too many umm’s and rambling non sentences. He needs to clean up his speech and just get to the point. Everything he says is overly drawn out to the point of not sounding polished/professional. He also frequently interrupts Joanna and speaks over her which is so annoying.

Michael Wolff often speaks in nonsensical terms, and in this case he could not be more wrong . Obeying illegal orders ended up earning German soldiers death penalty judgements at Nuremberg.
