Came for the youth soccer content, stayed for the mindset and life coaching. I originally tuned in to learn a little more about the various pathways for my young kicker and also to pick up training/nutrition/mindset support. I’ve been able to apply so much more than expected to my business and leadership role. One of my fav podcasts! I wish all parents listened to it.
