    In June-July this year I spent 6 weeks “running” and could not run for more than 200 meters without bending over to either gag or gasp for air... then I chose a C25K program with a simple “beep” system and began listening to your podcasts and happy to report I can now “run” for 20 minutes quite comfortably. I am 6 weeks into the C25K program and have 2 weeks remaining and am confident I will meet my short term goal (my longer term goal is to run a 10K and then who knows from there...) but your p... more

  • Great for Beginners

    This is a great podcast for any runner. Mark aims this series at beginners but there is something here for every runner. Individual Ideas around running, strength training nutrition science physical and psychological. Mark allows his interviewees to chat about themselves and there ideas without judging. Great listen when out on a run and doesn’t run overly long. Hopefully more to come Mark
