  • exceptional interviewing

Kristen is a marvelous interviewer. after listening to just one interview, I decided to subscribe! She has a really nice way of summing up what her guest says and telling them what she appreciated about things they said, which is so affirming! Too many interviewers just move on to a new question which can make it seem like a guest is left hanging when a topic can be explored more.

  • Perfect podcast for stressful times!

I couldn’t think of a better time for this info to be coming through, nor a more qualified person to share it. Kristen does a great job of educating on how to nourish our nervous system, something we could all benefit from, especially in these stressful times in our vata-dominant culture. I love how she weaves in her personal stories; it makes the content more accessable. And the voice! So soothing and part of the medicine.
