Love that the focus of this podcast is on perfectionism, because at one point or another this is a feeling we all experience, and learning how to manage it is key! And almost hitting 500 ep is a massive accomplishment for any podcast🔥if you’re not sure what to dive into first, ep 482 perfectionism 101 is a good start.
