  • The only way I want to hear my news!

I love this podcast. I listen on the train every morning on my way to work and get my dose of news. Love that I get the headlines but also get to hear more about a big news story. Definitely recommend.

  • Appalling spelling and punctuation

Someone needs to proofread the written summaries for each episode. They are often riddled with spelling and punctuation errors. Today’s Good News Update (17 October) is shocking. I have no idea how this gets published in its current format.

  • Feedback

I had to switch off the podcast as soon as it crossed to a reporter covering Erin Patterson’s sentencing on August 26th. The audio quality was so poor it was physically uncomfortable to listen to. In this day and age, and particularly from a Mamma Mia production, I would expect far higher standards.

  • Ads

Basically a barrage of advertising peppered with amateurishly delivered titbits of news.

  • 3 days later and silence

One of the biggest stories in the country this week and crickets are all we hear.

ABC vs Lattouf verdict should definitely have been featured on both the Quickly and MMOL before close of business Friday.

I’m a regular listener and subscriber and I genuinely expect better than this. Be impartial and do your job.

If it wasn’t for the underlying subject matter related to this case, I’m certain this would have been celebrated across your platform.

Q: What about for you off telly, off camera? What's it like at social gatherings at Chrissie at your place? Is it a big affair?
We enjoy ourselves properly and go the full distance with friends and family, beach and having the test cricket on the TV.
Tom Gleeson on Hard Quiz, The Art Of Roasting & An Uncool Prime Minister

Q: What else can we expect though in the episode?
You find a different side of all of the contestants, I tried to bring something out of them that you don't normally see in their shows.
Tom Gleeson on Hard Quiz, The Art Of Roasting & An Uncool Prime Minister
Q: Tom, let's start with this line up. Why did you choose these particular folks to step into the Hard Quiz arena?
I wanted them to be the biggest stars on the network and I wanted to invite them over to the ABC to muck around and to say things they probably can't say on their own networks.
"Moolies Gone Wild" Aussie Celebrity Spills On The 'Mums Of Schoolies' Trend
Q: What do you think of your mum going on Moolies?
Milana thinks it's good for them to get out and have a good time, as long as there are no stories of them getting too wild.
