I’ve been listening to On Purpose for several weeks now, and this show really stands out for its mix of vulnerability and actionable insight. I loved how Jay (or the host) lets guests open up personally (you can sense the pauses, the real emotion) and then transition to “here’s wh... more
great show
Well worth a listen. A super fun to listen and informative podcast!!
After listening to the podcast featuring expert Jason Hartman, I've gained a deeper understanding of the investment potential inherent in single-family homes. The insights provided during the episode illuminated the unique marketability of these properties, which I hadn't fully appreciated before. I now recognize the distinct financing advantages they offer, which have piqued my interest because of their potential to streamline the investment process.
Robert and Russell are two of the best in the real estate world. I love the fact you all bring in experts, but hearing from you guys, more often would be great. The two of you have the ability to tell us how it is, while being optimistic. I know you two probably don’t think of yourselves as motivational speakers. But to me this is one of your major strengths. I need more of you talking about mindset and all of the other emotional stuff while blending in the education that you all provide.
