  • Stop the misogyny

ā€œFemalesā€ is not a noun. Female is an adjective. Stop calling women and female runners ā€œfemales.ā€ It’s gross. Be better.

Also you have awesome guests - please stop trying to make everything about you so we can hear their stories. You don’t have to tie every professional’s experience back to your middle school running.

  • Great Podcast.. with one drawback

Love the podcast and hearing from the guests. My only drawback is I want my kids to listen but quite often the swearing is a bit much. I coach a faith based team and we have a policy of no swearing. So hard to suggest a podcast with guest swearing. The episodes that don’t I’ve recommended. I understand most people won’t care about it and for the most part it’s tolerable. But for my middle school kids and high school kids who don’t care for it, they will likely miss out on what could be grea... more

  • Great pod!

I have listened for at least a year now and I have really enjoyed it. My only complaint is the lack of depth to the conversations. There are always great guests on the podcast but the questions seem to always produce predictable answers. I would like to hear more deep and personal conversations with more of each guest’s life stories. Keep up the good work!
