As I get older I find myself looking for ways to improve without over shooting and forcing days off due to injury or fatigue from boredom. Ive been appreciating the insights on balancing effort vs load and creating more value each time I run and prepare for the next event or maintain throughout the year.
This isn’t just a phenomenal podcast full of expert training advice on running. Travis and his cohosts are excellent individuals who love the sport and want to see others excel however that looks.
