Rebrand sucks. Too many ads. That's about it.
Still enjoy catching up with Jo and Victoria since the rebrand. And love Producer Paul as a proper addition - freshened up the dynamics. But in the extra portions the relationship question section doesn’t work for me. I usually now end up skipping through it. Do miss the weekly updates on weight loss but can understand why you’ve done it.
Loved listening before the rebrand but this podcast has badly gone down hill, the monthly weigh in is boring. Just mindless rubbish for the 3 weeks in between, and how many episodes a week?! Starting to sound desperate now. Loved early episodes, think it’s just run its course now
I came across this pod in the lifestyle section and thought “brilliant a positive diet pod” how wrong I was! The very first episode I listened to was ‘I’m disgusting’. As somebody who has been on every diet since the age of 12, binge ate and flirted with bulimic tendencies this is triggering, not least because one persons “disgusting binge” was nothing in comparison to my own!
Are you on it? Giving it a break? Exercising intensely? Resting?

Didn’t realise how badly this pod would go downhill from Katie leaving but the rebrand has put an end to this.
