Great show but could u be more positive! Spurs are great and Mike and Theo are just complaining. COYS!!! That’s the only bad thing tho,it’s probs still THE SPURS POD to go to!!!
The show is what you would expect from a couple of aging legacy fans. They spend 50% of the time talking about the glory days and 50% complaining about the current team in every way possible. For some reason they believe that sitting on their butts in the stadium or at home in front of the TV makes them both football experts and mind readers. They constantly project their own miserable negativity onto the team and assume reasons and motivations where no evidence exists for those assumptions. ... more
Great show but could b more positive!
I’ve been listening to this show religiously for about 15 years. These are hardened, weathered, Spurs fans who have seen it all. You could call them “the old guard” and I for one love the ex-player interviews and the harkening back to earlier times, because what else do we have as Spurs fans but memories of glory until we find glory again?
Perhaps this show might work better for older fans, those like me who supported Spurs from the early 90s or before (I was at the 91 cup final with my dad), ... more
