I have read Tamara’s books and just finished her last podcast of the season. I am so thankful for what I have learned .. that will change what I say / do / respond to in my practice as an ER nurse and with family and friends. “ guilt is growth “. I am going to continue to grow .. thank you Tamara for taking on such a difficult subject and sharing. I look forward to more books and podcasts .. your work is so binge worthy, and necessary.
Thank you !!
Tamara is a brilliant and insightful journalist who has approached her work with obvious passion, humility and love.
Her book, The Trauma Beat is an excellent read or listen and her new podcast a wonderful addition to her work. I cannot recommend her work enough.
Tamara shows such intelligence, grace wisdom and compassion to people who have gone through horrific experiences. A hugely valuable listen for anyone interested in the people behind “true crime” podcasts.
I loved both of Tamara’s books and I love her podcast. She is a gifted storyteller and brings important issues to light. I look forward to the next episode!
This podcast is so informative and heartfelt dealing with a woman’s interaction with the media following a very traumatic public event. The feelings are so real and Tamara has a way of having people open up their hearts. Well done!
