Can we please STOP with the fictitious theory that exercise will lead to weight loss. Do a little research and you will find out that unless a person performs a huge professional athlete-level of exercise consistently then this will not help with weight loss. Its mainly about reducing calories. Exercise good for general health but not a key influence for weight loss. Lots of books out there including ‘Burn’ by H. Ponter. Also, backed up by Tulleken bros etc.
