Maybe because my kiddo is in the same age range as his kids the experience stories are super relatable and make me feel so much better knowing it’s not just me having those experiences, and I can pull from them when the experiences come up again, because of cou... more

  • Real, practical, evidence-based parenting advice

I LOVE this podcast. I listened to it in addition to going to therapy, and now that I’ve stepped away from therapy for a little bit, it’s been a wonderful resource. I have learned so much from this podcast, especially practical ways to manage myself/pause/slow down in order to be a better parent. Thank you for making this podcast. Me, my husband, and our two littles really appreciate it!
