  • Educational and helpful

I’ve found this podcast recently and am finding it so useful. Jon explains different concepts simply and I appreciate that he refers to experts and books we can then read up on. I came across him from the episode on highly sensitive kids and that episode was a game changer. I feel like the cover photo of the podcast doesn’t do him justice and initially put me off, to be honest. He sounds so different than what he looks like there. On the podcast, he comes across as very educated and open minded ... more

  • Practical and science backed

I was a child therapist/MFT before having my own two boys. Boy, is it harder than I expected. Jon Fogel has the most amazing way of teaching me why I react or feel the way I do while I parent. He gives very practical strategies for how better to connect with my kids and help them grow into the amazing children they are meant to be - with my support and without my own baggage getting in the way…as much. Love this podcast so much and highly recommend it!
