I was looking for a podcast about kids’ mental health, and I chose this at random. I’m glad I did. It’s very reaffirming and eye opening at the same time.
I started listening to this literally today and I just love it!
I have struggled with depression and anxiety since I was a small child. Had there been this resource then, I might have felt comfortable taking it seriously early on. That they are giving voice to youth to share their stories is very important and game-changing work.
These episodes may be short but they are moving and so well done. I really love how caring and interested the male editor host is with the female reporter’s stories. Each week, I can’t wait for the next week’s episode to come out! What I really respect the most is how much the hosts clearly care about the people they discuss and the lives they share with listeners. Awesome podcast dealing with the mental health issues of our youth. As a parent of two young daughters, this is especially helpful. The first hand accounts of individuals who’ve dealt with depression, as well as the experts interviewed make this a must listen. Thanks for doing it!
