I have been nerding out weekly to the Clinical Update and regular pod posts since spring of 2020 and I recommend them both highly. Keeps me well informed (knowledge is power), and I thank you for it.

  • Education Necessary

Maybe scientists need to hire a PR firm to explain what you all do and how necessary it is and how most of us would have died long ago without modern science. I have learned a lot from you all even though much is over my head. Keep us non-scientists in mind in your conversations and keep up the jokes - like why you can’t study viruses without actual viruses and that your bio safety labs are safe. Are these dissemblers absolutely crazy, uneducated or liars? Keep on speaking truth.

  • A really great way to keep up with the highlights of pathogenic virology research. The Drs. explain a few important papers in a way that can be understood even without studying the field in college; it's like a virology seminar class with a knowledgeable group of professors.
