What an absolute treasure trove! Informed commentary but focus is on the music. The Lee Konitz episodes are fascinating with unreleased recordings of a Motian / Konitz concert.
This is a really great way to find out about the breadth of Paul Motions musical career as a sideman and bandleader. I also love the excerpts from his autobiography.
