Loved the hard does not equal bad talk. Also, the ladder story had me dying! My kids thought I was crazy when I kept laughing out loud in the middle of my workout. 😆
Listening to episode 262 and almost dropped my dumbbells on my face listening to Brooke’s cat story. Warning if you listen and workout you may laugh hard enough to risk injury. 😂

After 27 years of marriage, my husband and I unexpectedly got custody of four small children. Having been through the childrearing years and well into our empty nest stage, this was a game changer! I listened to the podcast before, but now it’s like a lifeline as we do this all over again, but a completely different way. Thank you for everything! I wanna be like you when I grow up : )
