This episode is, shockingly, mostly about water—how much we need it, how often we forget that, and why it matters more than we’d like to admit.
Somewhere in the conversation we also end up drafting a very unofficial Mt Rushmore of celebrity colonial ... more
Members Episode: Traveling in Real Time
Instead of a single, sit-down conversation, this one is made up of voice memos recorded in real time—back to back, across multiple days—while traveling. Some were recorded in the car. Some in quiet moments. Som... more
Brooke got invited on a last-minute week in Florida… and somehow the answer was just: yes. In this no-notes hang, we talk spontaneous trips on a real-life budget, Daisy’s big emotions (and the surprisingly helpful insight underneath them), and TJ’s w... more
After a couple of information-heavy members episodes, today’s conversation is intentionally more practical.
We’re sharing how we’ve actually learned to eat more protein in our own lives—and what that looks like in a real house with real kids. Not wha... more

I’ve been a walk in love fan for a while. Before butt clenching and before Maui. It’s been a wild ride. The best and most enjoyable type of ride. I’m currently listening to episode 209, which took place in 2024. And it’s now January 2026. It’s a weird inception type of thing because I was off of social media for so long that when I returned, you had a fourth baby! While I’m listening to you guys in 2024, you’re talking about adoption. So I’m frantically listening to podcasts so I can catch up, ... more
Just listened to the latest episode and placed my final order 😭 cannot believe this is the last time I order something from your shop! Y’all’s shirts have been a staple in my wardrobe for so many years. Thank you!! They have served as true reminders, often the way of escape the Word says we will have when we face temptation. There’s just something about wearing a shirt that says “choose joy” when you want to rip your kids head off 😂
Loved the hard does not equal bad talk. Also, the ladder story had me dying! My kids thought I was crazy when I kept laughing out loud in the middle of my workout. 😆
Listening to episode 262 and almost dropped my dumbbells on my face listening to Brooke’s cat story. Warning if you listen and workout you may laugh hard enough to risk injury. 😂
I love this podcast. I’ve been listening for a few years now and have recently been going back to listen to the first episodes. My sister in law sent me the episode where y’all talk about love favors and my husband and I have been using that since. This podcast has helped me grow in my faith, grow as a Christian business owner, and as a podcaster myself. I love all the sound clips they use. Most of them are from my favorite shows like New Girl and the office.
