Just came across this pod & in awe of the guests I’ve heard so far … never realised how AMAZING Kerry Katona is!!
Paul is clearly a great listener and masterful at asking the right questions. In the recent episode with the former CIA spy “how to tell when someone’s lying” (or something to that effect).
I so loved the first 27 minutes but was hoping he would have continued with his guest to explore the actual tile of the episode. The remainder of close to 1h30 mins was about his experience at the CIA and while interesting, I think he lost an important moment with listeners.

Really enjoyed the last few episodes. Paul always speaks about interesting and relevant topics with compassion and empathy
Profound listening, Charlie has always come across as extremely timid & humble during interviews. What an absolute treat to hear him totally come out of his shell talking so openly & honestly to Paul, in fact in some parts he was asking the questions as he leaned into relating his anxieties to Paul’s. A beautiful informative conversation. Well done e!
The episode with Lou was heartbreaking, heartwarming, insightful and hopeful all at the same time. A very special moment was shared in this interview and both Paul and Lou were respectful and gentle in their approach.
I feel a better person for hearing this episode and learning more about this hard topic to discuss.
Now following the conversation and the wonderful charity Lou supports. Thank you thank you xxxxx
