    Mental illness is unseen. There are no bandages, no bandaids, no crutches, no cuts … We need to break the silence and stigma of all mental health concerns and there is no doubt that Lukes podcasts goes a long way in explaining and educating others.

    What I have learnt is, that there is no shame in mental ill health.
