历史可能兴衰起伏，但永远折射规律，遍索中外历史，可知人类社会创造的一切文明成果，从中学规律、知现状、向未来；而一国之国民，对其本国历史当有所知，并附随一种“温情与敬意”。因此，全球视野里的中国，需要以史为鉴，在复兴路上知己知彼，从而兼济天下。
