Interesting take on Bridgeton and the discussion spans fun, and both the frivolity and theory of fandom. Terrific team banter. Thanks to In the Books podcast team for recommending this podcast.
I was introduced to this podcast via Rudi appearing on Stop Everything (first to discuss S1 of Bridgerton and then last week to discuss S2) and I’m so glad. I love this pod so much, I literally binged about 8 episodes today. I love the insights and analysis and the bonus eps are so good. Bridgerton was the first (and this far, only) romance series I’d read, and I only got interested in them because of the show but I’m very keen to check out your recs of other romance novels, so thank you.
Such a wonderful and fun podcast where all three hosts clearly have a love for the genre and the series but aren’t afraid to think critically and offer their own interpretations either. I also really enjoy all the book recommendations!
I stumbled on this podcast in my never ending search for all the Bridgerton content that exists in the world (if you’re here and reading this then you’re probably the same so I know I am in good company). I am SO here for this podcast and love all of the thought that goes into each episode. It’s well informed and the dialogue is excellent. I appreciate that they love the books and the show, but they aren’t at all afraid to tackle the difficult subject matter that is found in both. They bring up ... more
This podcast reviews the book series, the epilogues, AND the tv series. Loved all their discussions on each siblings' books. These ladies love Bridgerton, but they aren't afraid to call out problematic things. This holds true of their latest episode recap in "Summon all the Courage You Require". Great episode. Was thinking similar thoughts.
