I’ve been trying to find a world building podcast that sort of helps to generate motivation for my own writing, and was really happy to find this! Your Land of a Thousand Gods was an absolute joy to listen to and I’ve since listened to more recent episodes (2024, when I joined) and cherry picked some older ones. You’re all very talented writers. I just wish episodes were a bit longer, as I feel things like the Crimson Court world weren’t given enough depth. Other than that, keep up the good work... more
This is one of the best, if not the best, worldbuilding podcasts I've found out there. Not only are these guys intertaning, but they take you through their process of worldbuilding over and over again as they rapidly build worlds, races, cultures, factions, and more. Getting to see, or rather hear, them go through the steps has helped me come up with my own ideas and improve my worldbuilding over all.
These guys have great chemistry. A great podcast for anyone who wants to get creative with world building.
