聽友點播，之前台通某集，逞誠約莫4歲小孩因為在餐廳小小奔跑，被陌生人大吼的事件，聽友想知道烏烏宜蘭怎麼看？自己的孩子被吼會不會不爽，是否要上前理論還是裝死帶過就算了？烏烏覺得小孩在餐廳小跑一下應該還好，但宜蘭覺得還是需要制止，否則超危險。如果吼小孩或是推小孩的是另一個小孩，宜蘭怎麼做？
