哈囉博恩 現在正在從最前面開始聽 聽到博恩說自己語速很快 有嘗試戒掉「就是」之類的語助詞就覺得很有共鳴 自己小時候練英文improv也很常被老師糾正不要一直講”Uhh”或”umm”之類的贅詞 但日常溝通尤其英文還是會常常遇到舌頭跟不上大腦然後就瘋狂吃螺絲 覺得自己英文不差所以很想讓自己聽起來很fluent 但每次都會遇到突然想不起來那個更貼切的字就卡在那邊 以致於很多時候都需要先在心裡面re 過一次稿才敢講出來 自己知道如果語速放慢這種情況一定會好很多但還是很難改 想問一下博恩有沒有什麼建議？還是說就真的是字彙量不足以及現在身處的環境沒有辦法讓我大量使用英文呢？每次看美劇的時候都會有種自己也一樣很流利的錯覺…
偷渡第二個問題 想問博恩西洋棋有沒有系統化的學過一些技巧像是開局之類的戰術 還是說就只是純靠大量下棋來精進自己？ 最近覺得一直下棋進步幅度沒有很大 戰術那種好像也沒辦法靠一直下來精進 正在考慮是不是該找一些比較系統化一點的方式 像一個series的影片之類的 可以逐步跟著學 每天學一點點這種 感覺比較容易進步（？

這集真🉐聽沒幾分鐘就聽不下去了。真心希望憂鬱症患者，而且是博恩的聽眾，避開這集！憂鬱症患者，造成他們壓力的壓力源，極有可能就是具有高影響力、高社會地位及高權威感的人，僅管不是唯一的因素。

重度憂鬱症患者，尤其合併併發焦躁症的患者，這集只會是刺激他們情緒、讓他們更崩潰的一集！！！對他們來說，精神穩定者就像是在一個精美的玻璃水晶球世界演繹完美，對這群患者溫情喊話，結果雙眼矇上眼罩，沒有讓他們覺得，自己焦灼（未必是身體受到傷害，但也有可能真得已經刻意殘害自己，試圖向世界喊「🆘」）的生活狀態，被看見、被擁抱，還有被暫時鬆綁所有「世界的教條」。上述雖然看起來很「二」，但病情發生的時候，躁症就是根本容不下其他生命體、客體，總之就是他們不熟悉的聲音！！！

但還是要鼓勵，讓社會更多人知道這種疾病！！！所以謝謝博恩！！！
