カウンセラー業や講師業は、人（クライアントや生徒さん）を集めることができなければ、そもそも事業として成り立ちません。
しかし、日本の現状として、カウンセラーの数は非常に多いにもかかわらず、公的な資格が必須ではないため、誰でも名乗れてしまう状態です。
