最近大寶迷上了量子力學，
腦袋在宇宙邊緣遨遊，身體卻在準備 HYROX 健身比賽；
阿桂成為了兩隻小奶貓的媽，
還在考慮報名人生第一場網球單打；
麵包去幫朋友顧狗狗，
沒想到意外投入，雖然很累但還是體驗了被毛孩療癒的幸福。

這一集，不知們決定要一起來拆解「憤怒」這件事。
大寶跟某甲方合作時，對方預算使用方式讓人滿頭問號；阿桂必須要在高壓的工作情境下，處理表演場地火警系統誤報連連的狀況；麵包原本的憤怒肌肉缺乏鍛鍊，但最近已經可以允許自己像孩子一般發洩怒火。
我們也聊到：
🌱 憤怒其實不是壞情緒，它有時候是一種慈悲，是劃清界線的信號。
💭 如果憤怒一直沒有消退，也許真正需要被處理的，是更深層的情緒與需求。

這句話讓我們展開了一場大聊。
時隔將近兩年，繼《人生四千個禮拜》之後，不知們再度碰觸「時間」這個主題。大家先是分享了自己最近與時間的關係，接著聊起覺得荒謬的時間管理方法，再進入到「人生成就時程表」的討論，最後回答：「如果可以有一個月的放假行程，你最想做什麼？」

雖然一問三不知很少更新，但卻是我獨處時間時想慢慢享受的節目之一。然後剛才我發現《時間管理》這集的贊助連結好像錯了，我點了幾次都出現錯誤。我的熱情贊助無法執行～～～啊啊啊啊～～！
我要不厭其煩的說，我真的很喜歡你們聊天的感覺，有點正經八百、有點情緒高昂、有點心靈雞湯⋯什麼都來給我一點，我都要。我喜歡這樣。
最珍貴的是這種好朋友「認真」聊天的感覺。現代人聚在一起，總是有人忍不住開始滑手機，即使自己想好好聊天，但感覺只是單向的輸出，最後聚會完只感覺到空虛。或許因此我才會偏好想你們這樣認真聊天的節目吧！

聽了這集的節目，我腦海浮現了芙莉蓮的故事場景…
是一級魔法師考試的最後一關—攻略迷宮，魔法使除了要躲過陷阱、找到出路，還要能打贏自己的複製體。參加考試的魔法使們，他們本是彼此競爭，但透過合作，一起擬定策略，擊敗複製體，最後通過了考試。就像是富蘭克林邀競爭對手一起加入商會，為拓展市場找出路成為共同目標，而一起變得越來越富有的故事。
我也覺得魔法使要去擊敗複製體的設定，就很像書中提到的業（複製體），當看見自己的業，並突破業的限制（自己的限制），就有機會勝利。延伸到日常的應用，大寶也分享書中圓圈日的概念，透過學習空性，沈澱日常的所思所想、跳脫慣性，讓新的觀點、體驗和思考進入自己，而靈感到來，生活充滿可能性。
聽到這樣的分享，很令人充滿希望的感覺，也覺得充滿挑戰！
