【準備運動】お腹のポンプを起動する3ステップ
発声練習の前に、まずはお腹のポンプを動かしやすくするウォームアップを行います。いつもの「あくび」の動作にひと手間加えてみましょう。
STEP 1：床に向かって息を吐き切る
まずは息をしっかり「吐く」ことに意識を向けます。
床（地面）をグッと押すようなイメージを持ちます。
「ふーっ」と5カウントかけて、同じ強さで息を吐き切ります。
