其實也沒關係，
可以從自己的需要與感受開始說。
不是「因為我是 ADHD / Autism」，而是「在這樣的情況下，我會感到困惑、焦慮或不安，如果可以做哪些調整，會對我幫助很大」。

這一集本來是想聊我第一次去上 reformer pilates，
結果一不小心聊到身體、焦慮、恐慌症，
還有為什麼我其實很不喜歡去外面上課。
人多、聲音、時間被訂死，
這些對我來說都不是「想太多」，
而是真的會讓身體整個當機。

為什麼請不要跟恐慌症或憂鬱症的人說
「你看起來還好啊」、「是不是不夠努力」。
有些痛苦，外表真的看不出來。
