    I love this podcast! It talks about the issues I care about too - empowering people, holding leaders accountable, seizing emerging technology for the greater good. I feel like this podcast gives me examples of what it would look like for organizations today to really walk the talk. Mel and Francesca bring tons of info and insight, plus they’re hilarious.   • Great chemistry

    As someone who doesn’t work in HR, but is interested in topics that affect us all and that can help improve work environments and relationships, both hosts come across as my genuine “friends” in HR - speaking clearly, having great chemistry, radiating positivity and humor, and sharing interesting opinions and relevant information.

    Also, bonus points for weaving in pop-culture references in the first two episodes, including Wu Tang, 50 Shades of Grey, and Back to the Future.
