但是在修行里面来讲是说“我”的过度扩张是苦的来源，你要对我有个深层的认识才不会造成苦。
最理想是你两个都做，你一面用心理学知识把日常烦恼的树叶修剪了，一面把根本的“觉”学了，反复练习根除烦恼。
