一つのエピソードが10分程度と、手軽に聴けるのでおすすめです。基本的に言語学初心者向けですが、かなり本格的な理論を扱っていることもあるため、知的好奇心旺盛な方も満足できます。
中学高校の「古文」を現代の日本語と関連付けて話してくれるので、より実感を持って「古文」に触れることができます。もちろん日本語以外の言語も多数扱っているため、毎回新たな発見があります。
日本語や英語の発音から、「言語とは何か」という大きな問題まで、番組で取り上げられているテーマはまさに多種多様。言語学にとくに興味のない人にも必ず刺さるエピソードがあるはずです。
