秋冬是鼻炎的高发季，鼻炎会反复，一定是正气不足，无法抵御外邪，如果再加上长期用激素药，更会导致药物效果递减、依赖增强，且邪气与药物残留内积，增加调理难度。
另外，鼻炎所带来的鼻塞、眼睛痒、打喷嚏、头疼等等问题，也会让我们在睡眠以及情志等方面受到困扰。
