本期作为Havas篇的下半生,聊聊资本运作下的Havas近代史,尤其是在中国是怎么落地生根,有选择的布局规划,摒弃规模化却深耕特定潜力领域的战略步伐。
我认为这是Havas非常理性而有差异化的特点,有效的避免和其他4A巨头产生同质化。
隔了一段日子,终于在新一年恢复我们新一期的4A生思录-Havas篇。
Havas算是4A集团里面相当悠久,也相当低调的一家集团。它的颠沛流离不亚于任何一家4A集团,而它如今的步履依旧低调而专注。
Havas篇我拆分了两期来录制,但其实Havas的历史里涉及到了政治、战争、资本、科技转型等太多历史话题,拆成10期来录都不为过。我们在此先浅尝一下,如果大家有兴趣,以后找机会来详解。
之前也和大家说过,由于我在去年更换了工作环境,所以今年会分享更多我在新的环境中的所思所感。
今天就抱了两则近期的感悟来,虽然整体录下来,我感觉有点虚和空,因为并没有base在某一个具体的案例上来分析。但我相信这是目前广告公司老板、员工、求职者的普遍状态,也是想要通过这两个现象,和大家浅浅的分享一下我自己的想法。
