    You all have been so helpful to me (and my husband because I share all the info with him and he uses the tips/language - yay!). My 5 year old daughter’s anxiety was the cult leader of our family since she was a little toddler, but through reading Lynn’s books and listening to the podcast for several years, we’re taking back control.
