  • Uppity Okun

General episodes are good and funny but if there’s an interview, be careful. It’s usually with uppity people without any exposure to culture beyond the yts. Interview episodes with non chefs such as restaurant group execs, for as long as I can remember, are boring and full of talking down to certain groups of people. Interviews with chefs don’t have any humor. It’s straight business talk.

  • I Always appreciate your honesty

I listen and look forward to an educated, detailed review of restaurants. Not just, ‘it didn’t hit right’ with no further explanation. Keep on keeping on gentlemen. Thank you!

  • What happened?

I loved coming to this pod for insights and behind the scenes stories of LA’s food scene. Discovering new stellar restaurants coming from their recommendation made me so proud to live in this city. But the constant one sided vendetta they have against Bill Addison is running stale. Get over him and please get back to celebrating the city’s food. We’ve been through enough without having to tear people down
