All About Agatha is a podcast all about, well, Agatha. Agatha Christie, of course: the Queen of Crime, a real-life Dame of the British Empire, and author of sixty-six mystery novels that spanned the Twentieth Century, defining a genre. For five years, Catherine Brobeck and Kemper Donovan revisited these novels in publication order, ranking them according to pre-set criteria (plot, character, etc.)... more

The back catalogue of episodes is now a terrific reference resource to dip into with new episodes a chatty commentary on everything there is to know about the world of the Queen of Crime. Sheer joy.
This podcast series truly is an utter delight. For maximum joy, go all the way back to episode 1 and work your way up to date!
All About Agatha is one of my favorite podcasts of all time! Kemper is an excellent host and a genuinely kind person.

The episodes co-hosted between Kemper and Catherine before her sad death are particularly lovely due to the shared enthusiasm and warmth between the two but the episodes with Kemper alone and with a range of guest hosts are also great. As a Christie fan i love the blend of respect, geeky informativeness and lightness that the podcast brings to discussing her work and life and as a writer I really enjoy the analysi... more
