This is one of my favorite if not the favorite podcast. This has been so good for me after grieving my brother for 40 years. Anderson Cooper and guests are so therapeutic and relatable to listen to. I just can’t get enough of this podcast it’s helped me beyond words. My grief has always been so raw and just below the surface and I know now it’s not a bad thing I really thought something was wrong with me before. I still try to stay composed but I don’t feel bad anymore if I don’t. I hope this po... more
Your thoughtful conversations and insights about the difficult journey of grieving make the world a better place! It's like finding your tribe, a feeling of coming home. Thank you.
I lost my father last month. It’s been hard, isolating and disorienting. This podcast has been an absolute gift. The insights and the stories have helped me in ways I cannot express in words. In one way, I can imagine this work might ease some of Anderson’s pain but it must also be a heavy lift. I am grateful he is strong enough to carry the weight of it because it’s definitely helped ease some of my pain, as I’m sure it has for countless others.
Anderson is a champion in explaining grief and certainly the only one after 43 years could help me start the process and continue as others I love die. It is real that I can cry now with Anderson and a joy to giggle along with him and his beloved mother. This is a critical series for anyone whom needs to start the grieving process. Thank you Anderson!
