Just listened to the fitness ep. Really good and a lot of useful tips!
Thank-you for this incredible podcast. Over the past two years I’ve struggled with chronic pain and injury, and spent a lot of time feeling really alone and not knowing where to turn to. This podcast made me feel incredibly seen. It’s so wonderful to hear from people who have gone through this and are still living their lives 😊
This is such a great, insightful podcast. Learning about other people’s experiences in such an accessible (and sometimes hilarious) way has enabled me to reach a deeper level of acceptance of my own experiences too. Thank you! Please keep making / sharing more episodes if you can!
Excited to find a podcast about illness and disability! Listening to the one on fitness which I’m interested in but I do find that the host tends to dominate the conversation and speaks over the guest. Would be great for the convo to be led by the guest more to allow us to get to know her and her story better :)
The best disability focused podcast I’ve listened to!
